Lighting, Color and Narrative. 10,000,000 gsf combined media generated urban landscape park whose programmatic origin was inspired by AIM Chinese National Arts School, the design proposal formally centered on Urban Scale cylindrial elliptical rolling billboard. Surrounding undulating slab as shaped surface for extensive greensward urban park, being a modern version of traditional at grade European city parks, as a large scale landscaped setting for urban social engagement and learning. Includes Lincoln Center like urban scale theater above, AIM arts and cultural school, as well as extensive shopping and office along glass covered atrium.
